The Junior League of Birmingham’s Corps of Volunteers is a dedicated small group of volunteers assigned to support community agencies and organizations through special event volunteer work. Volunteers may be asked to complete tasks such as event check-in or registration, set-up, logistics support during an event, work silent auction or other event stations, and more. COV volunteers do not fundraise on behalf of an organization. These volunteers may be requested to support a nonprofit’s special events and fundraisers over several shifts and/or days, and are available on weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
