President's Society is an annual campaign that is integral to the Junior League of Birmingham's ability to provide more than 40,000 volunteer service hours and funding to its 32 community projects.

This is a tough economy in which to raise funds, but it is a time of great need. The Birmingham community looks to the JLB to comfort the fears of a homeless child, to provide books to children who would otherwise have none, to teach a woman recently released from prison to read so that she may find her way to economic independence.

With a tax deductible donation of $1,000 or more, which may be paid in installments or in full anytime before May 15, 2010, you can help support the needs of women and children in our community by becoming a member of President's Society.
